Intercourse

This is the February Book Club selection. We previously read Severance by Robert Olen Butler. This book shows what each member of a couple are thinking during their intimate time together. The book is told in chronological order...couples from long ago to present. Some of my favorite couples were Henry VIII and Anne Boylen, Marilyn Monroe and RFK, Prince Charles and Di, Bonnie and Clyde.

I loved this book just as much Severance. It is a short and easy read. Great if you only get small snippets of time to read. Each passage is less than a page (most only half a page.) It was really fun to see how they would be thinking of totally different things. I can't wait to see what the other girls think next week. I'll let y'all know. :)
